At Glacier Motors, you will find a little bit of everything. Like all good petrol stations fuel, car accessories and batteries are available on site. You can use the campervan dumpsite, purchase MTA fuel vouchers, and after hours, Mobile Card holders can fill up at the truck stop. In most cases, if what you need is not on the shelves it can be ordered in.
The connivance store caters for those who have ‘The Munchies’, with the highest selling goods being drinks and ice-creams, especially on a hot day. What you may not expect to find is DVD rental and the Franz Josef Glacier village New Zealand Postal Agency. You can send your mail all over the world and organise courier packages to travel round New Zealand. Packaging for your gifts is available, and a variety of New Zealand postcards.
There is also a range of holiday accessories on the shelves. Select a new pair of jandals, sunglasses, or sunhat, and browse amongst the fishing and camping supplies. You can even purchase your fishing license, and buy a disposable camera to record ‘the one that didn’t get away.’
